exactly! don’t get me wrong eat your sweet treat once in a while but then don’t go complaining that you hate the body you’re in, when YOU’RE the one jeopardizing your goals
one month of discipline, of being uncomfortable to get you closer to your goal. or one month of eating whatever you want, and an extra 20 pounds. it’s your choice.
fall is only 6 weeks away. you can look like a completely different person in six weeks. work hard and stay consistent and your body will thank you for it
from someone recovering, listen to me when i say eating more and lifting weights+cardio will get you closer to your dream toned physique than starving alone ever will
i completely agree. as someone who used to struggle with binge eating, i’d reward myself with absurd amounts of food for doing the bare minimum. in the end, this thought process was just hurting my health and happiness.
exactly!!! every excuse you make is someone else's opportunity to get ahead. while you're waiting for the 'perfect time,' someone else is using the same moment to transform their life
some people live for indulgence, others for discipline. but when it comes to my body, i’ll always choose nourishment over neglect. after all, isn’t self-care the most indulgent of all?
the harsh reality is that consistency is the key to success. whether it's fasting, tracking your calories, getting enough protein, lifting, doing cardio, or just staying active—being consistent will make the process not only 10 times less hellish but actually enjoyable for you
