I think vitamin A has been a rate limiter on my metabolism cuz yesterday I ate liver for the first time in months and I was hungry all day. I totalled 4000+ kcal and still woke up hungry.

Been supplementing 2.5 - 3 grams of calcium lately (5-6 grams total) to achieve a 2:1 calcium to phosphorus ratio. Ive noticed that my appetite for milk has gone way down and I urinate way more. I feel like these are signs that this amount of calcium is way too much for me.

When I started peating, I figured out that my anterior pelvic tilt wasnt actually due to to much sitting , but rather bc I was almost always bloated . Being bloated would prevent me from activating my core muscles to stabilise my spine.
