The number one biggest mistake people make when making bone broth is overboiling the bones.
This releases histamines. You want highly collagenous cuts with basically no meat, and you wanna take out the actual bones after 2h max.

We're devastated to share that Ray Peat passed away on Thanksgiving day. He was one of the most iconoclastic thinkers of his time, and we were incredibly fortunate to be able to meet and film him. We will share more info as it comes. Let's all raise a coffee mug in memory of Ray.

My experience (which is not necessarily replicable!!): A singular dose, paired with time in nature and lots of ice cream kicked me out of a 2 year extreme depression

In general everyone that doesn't drink more than 1L of milk a week has cavities. Never had one.
