I identified as trans from 17-25 + had severe dysphoria. Hrt + surgery worked for a bit, but in the end everything reversed. It was not self discovery, it was self mutilation/hatred. I'm not pretending to appease anyone. I'm happy as a woman and wouldn't have it any other way.
