Very interesting topic. When it’s cold I get very small and since discovering naturism I’ve found this quite embarrassing when amongst other people. I have had to force myself not to worry about it and understand that I shouldn’t judge myself by these false values. No one cares!

SO agree Vian! Skinny dipping, once you’ve had a go, is sooo soothing for the soul, and strangely addictive! Sea or tiny mountain pool, that cold water on skin is so refreshing. Here’s a pool up near Scar House in the Yorkshire Dales that our naturist group visit often :)

This is so right. Soaking up the morning sun in the summertime is the *best* way I know to reduce anxiety, create a calm and content mood and I really feel like it contributes to making me feel more healthy ☀️
