important context (courtesy of imposed constitution) also oligarch media disinfo against VV/Kurti was insane even by their own election standards and that's most media in Kosova. eg Devolli's Klan makes Fox News disinfo re Bernie seem like straight news.
This numbers will change up to 3-5% margin of error + diaspora. Still not sure whether VV needs a coalition partner or not. 45% are needed for a single-majority.

Actually, much less (more like $25). Pple "in the wine business" tend to overestimate the impact of price on judgment. Tons of papers ( Goldstein et al, 2008) show satisfaction comes >>from knowing $. Reverse mapping from taste to price is much harder. Wine is 95% scam. Cheers.
