@MendiArriskari @hubermanlab that graph isn't how much the care actually costs, it's how the much is charged for the care

@GlucoXeAlan @hubermanlab but taxpayers don't make tax-dollar funding decisions, politicians do.... and uh, how many politicians are getting elected primarily on the basis of their positions about healthcare research funding??? 'gotta understand the pipeline before you blame the wrong people'

@Katja_Thieme looking at it again, i think i might understand the second tweet to not be about preventative health things overall but specifically about research for disease cures, being funded by tax dollars and there being a 'pipeline' of how research works from funding through to results(?)

@Katja_Thieme I was just making some comments of my own on this type of thing. I think I agree with you that Huberman's are very difficult to follow, let alone agree with.

@muhammadshehad2 In Canada, there was a ruling against such monstrosity, saying the op-ed piece denying the starvation had violated journalistic standards of accuracy. It doesn't do much to correct the harm of their propaganda, but it is something, and something official.
4/ TL;DR "The Evidence Is Clear - There Is No Famine In Gaza" opinion article* is ruled to have misrepresented evidence and misled readers *Article was writen by Mike Fegelman of 'Honest Reporting Canada' and published by National Post (part of PostMedia chain).

@gidonsaar You are awaiting the day of justice for what you have enabled, Minister Sa'ar. What is your belief in justice?
"For 45 days I was blindfolded and on my knees." A Palestinian man from Gaza who was detained by Israeli forces explains his ordeal of being tortured under Israeli captivity. Ibrahim Mohammad Khaleel al-Shaweesh, who was released in a very poor state of health, says Israeli forces used all forms of torture, including electricity and dogs. He says that at one stage he was blindfolded, shackled and on his knees for 45 days.
