@OGdukeneurosurg Going away from clavicle, somewhat dependent on which 1/3 of clavicle it is over, SCV, SCA, pleura. If you just scrape the posterior surface of the clavicle you'd be right, but over mid-1/3 of clavicle, SCV is just behind...

@OGdukeneurosurg Water 5min, so why do the doctors who put patients to sleep for a living still have the two hour rule prior to providers?

@armyemdoc The "problem" I believe is that initial studies were done with LORAZ... long time ago... since then, many more studies have been done... true, MIDAZ is not inferior, but it'll take some time to trickle into guidelines... some countries use CLONAZ as 1st line

@ZHeart11768530 This was actually first described by HEB Pardee back in 1920 and is known as Pardee sign. It is arguably the first documented description of STEMI... The case reports articles are quite fascinating and entertaining to read...

@NoToGlobalOrder @jaccocharite Any aircraft can do that doesn't matter the type... all else aside, once they lost lift they drop like a rock... just like ship losing buoyancy...

@samrad77 Yes, that's what I meant... this is different to sclerosis... it is rather collapse of tissues leading to impaction of trabeculae, resulting in increased opacity of tissues on XR & oedema on MRI +/- other debatable changes

@Enezator That's rather strange... there is resuscitaire, but nothing is connected... I have hard time buying this...
