I would ask him one executive order, any study/trial funded by NIH must give access to all the data collected for the study itself . #opendata for public funded studies!

In Down syndrome (DS), extra APP copies may misdirect, stall, or saturate it, reducing amyloid-beta 42 production. In DS APP disrupts gamma-secretase function rather than it being faulty. As it is eventually shown in Fagan et al. 2021.
