I've been to Germany for Merkos Shlichus a number of times, and the only areas we were told to stay away from were the ones with lots of Muslim immigrants.
The old Yidden I met said that they were able to get around using Yiddish telling locals that it's a German dialect...

I disagree with your conclusion - Hezbollah doesn't enjoy majority support, it runs its own militia, parallel to Lebanon's military.
It's power is based on the ability to obtain funds (from Iran) to pay off those that don't have any money (and the government is bankrupt)

There is a difference. Iranians had their own identity before being taken over by the IGRC and therefore have one to fight for. Palestinian identity has always been the opposition to Israel and Jews. Until that changes, no meaningful opposition to Hamas can happen

Celebrating tragic collateral is wrong and distasteful.
At the same time, when feeling bad about it gets in the way of fighting the just war, it is wrong as well, and can arguably be more harmful.

There are 2 general approaches to spreading good:
1. Clean out the bad 1st (take out the garbage) and then proceed to fill the void with good.
2. Ignore the bad and spread so much good that the bad gets overwhelmed and irrelevant.
We should be focusing on the 2nd approach

The shul is at basement level. The vandals dug beneath the ladies' balcony at the basement level, & today broke the wall dividing the main shul from their digging, attempting a merge or "expansion".
It's not a 20-meter-deep tunnel dug beneath the shul.
