@Will_Schryver For better or worse, as long as you can still get multiple expansion from driving 75% of growth via inorganic, it’s just not going to be a priority for PE-backed assets

@AustinLinney Awesome! So I’m a solo owner. Sometimes ideas sound fully formed in my head but I realize are half baked when they come out of my mouth. Would you recommend building up a group of “advisors” outside of the business but w/context on it to flesh ideas out with?

Had a few extra mins before the weekend yday & cold called 10 prop mgrs to finish out the week: 7 didn’t pick up. 1 picked up and told me to beat it. 1 picked up and told me to send over my info to be added to their vendor system. 1 picked up and told me they need someone just like us. Have a dozen properties and no existing PW vendor. 15 mins of calling could easily generate 5-figs of business!

@Franchise_BW Since leaving my job in finance to launch a franchise, I’ve had so many people 10-20 years older tell me they wish they’d done the same thing at my age. I was expecting skepticism and instead got incredibly support and well-meaning envy!
