I don’t know what to post... I have 12 minutes left before lunchtime, and I haven’t posted on X yet. In the past, I would have stressed out and forced myself to come up with content. And I would do that almost every day, nonstop for months. Not only when creating content but in every area of my brand. I would force myself to come up with the perfect: - Newsletter - Lead Magnet - Coaching Offer No wonder I was feeling: - Drained - Exhausted - Frustrated But something changed in the last few days. I had a realization while being sick in bed. I asked myself: "Why do I suffer doing what I love?" I love: - Making Music - Doing Spiritual work - Building an Online Business - Helping people find their path in life But I’ve been miserable. I have even experienced Burnout and it took me a year to recover from it. “Miserable doing what I love?” “Something’s not right here,” I thought. I couldn’t take this any longer. Then a deep shift happened in me. I said to myself: “I don’t need to become who I think I need to become.” In an instant, I felt peace. Then I said to myself: “I don’t need to reach my goals.” “My life doesn’t need to be any different from how it is right now.” And the peace and calm I felt instantly showed me something: The big goals I had that I believed were propelling me forward were actually the ones keeping me stuck. More precisely, it wasn’t the goals themselves, but the need I had to meet them to feel complete and happy with who I was. Suddenly, the last three years of my life felt like a dream (or a nightmare) that I finally woke up from. Here I was, just shedding the weight of my goals and expectations. And I felt light, free, and in touch with who I really was already. Me. I didn’t feel I needed to do anything anymore. And suddenly, I felt like I wanted to: - Make music - Do spiritual work - Build my online business - Help people find their path in life. Not because I wanted to become something through it Just because it's what I love to do. The key takeaway from this experience? Don’t force. Instead, trust. Trust that if you are in touch with yourself in the present moment and you listen to your body and heart, the next step will be revealed, and it will come naturally and effortlessly. I’ve been living this way for the past week, and I feel amazing. Life is magical again. I can finally savor doing what I love without expecting anything in return. And to my surprise, I’m more productive than before while working and stressing less. I’m excited about life, and I’m curious about where this way of life will lead me. @_SebastianLmk There’s now Mark IV and maybe even a newer one but this one works fine for me still.
