Stop Rushing. When you have control over yourself & time, you realize there is no need to rush. Rushing, doesn't equal speed. Rushing is trying to shortcut the required actions (& time).

@mindsetandaura We tend to stray from looking at all the painful experiences we've overcome, out of fear of bringing them back. It makes us forget how much proof of our brilliance we actually have. If we can learn to look at scars with kind eyes, the power we gain is immeasurable.
