If a picture is worth 1000 words How much is a transformation worth? I went from lost, broken, and TKO’ed by life to feeling the best I ever have (at 43). I partied HARD for nearly 20 years of my life. I ate the Standard American Diet. Moved to Europe when I was 27. Spent my 30’s sick (appendectomy, gall bladder removal, & chronic pain). I moved back to the US (check out the story below) and a nutritionist healed me with food. That unlocked a new curiosity. If food could heal my gut, what else was it capable of? I became obsessed and spent the last 8 years studying nutrition. But I never quenched that burning desire in my soul - to truly be the best version of myself. About this time last year, I made a commitment to myself. Go all in on my mental and physical health. It started with 10 minutes of morning sun and electrolytes. I joined a gym and implemented all I learned about nutrition. 1 Huberman podcast turned into 40. Dan Koe found his way to my Instagram. I fell through his funnel and joined X. Since that decision I’ve overcame: •anxiety •fatigue •headaches •depression •lack of purpose •low self-esteem •fear of rejection And in the process •helped 3 people with their mindset and nutrition •lost 40 pounds (and counting) •gained 600+ new friends •went viral thrice I also had one of the most important realizations yet; THERE’S NO FINISH LINE. I'll keep solving my problems so I can help you solve yours.

@Ryan_DeQuiroz My inner journey made me realized how much of my precious energy I wasted on sports. I still love it, am passionate about it, but it doesn't dictacte my state of mind anymore.

@hennessy__paul Amazing Paul 🙌 Depending on our baseline, most of us need a period of strict discipline to reset our systems. From there we can then eat based on better principles and still enjoy the things we love without the guilt/shame.
