@VitusRLegacy So far I only got through the Gospels, Acts, and Genesis. Rereading Matthew at the moment. I feel like I need to reread all of the Gospels again to get a better connection to Christ.

@henryclarkey But also as unconscious behaviours of the parents itself. I believe shadows in parents are really a generational thing - going back 2 or 3 generations.

@Clintism What's your take on finding ones own King? As you point out with Christ's authority: Does it mean for every man not to 'define' his own authority (bc that tends to end in arrogance) but to 'surrender' and gain authority by a personal calling from the Lord?

@sensei_bas I follow a very similar approach: Reading and rereading the gospels. Meditating over sentences or passages (so much wisdom packed in the sermon on the mount only) Simply praying the Lords prayer daily. Already these simple things changed me over the last months.
