Definitely Calvinism. Came to that conclusion in high school just from reading the Bible. I was raised free will and a lot of my influences were free will, but the Scriptures are crystal clear on it.

Our story sounds eerily similar. Lol. My wife was into rock climbing at 20. Became a mom at 23. Starting a garden at 30 (not as hardcore). About to have our 4th child. And I've had a debilitating chronic illness for 6 years. Praise the Lord for godly women.

The pastor at fault here, John Lindell, was my pastor for a short season. I went to their church (James River - West Campus). I also went to this very conference 6 years ago.
James River is an Assemblies of God church located in the same city as the national AG headquarters
NEW: Pastor Mark Driscoll gets kicked off stage at a men’s conference after he calls out pastor John Lindell for allowing a demonstration from a male stripper.

It’s my 30th birthday today and I’m thankful to God for every day. I woke up to cards written by my wife and kids. I made a lot of mistakes in my 20’s, but I’m glad I spent it building a family with my wife. Here’s to the next 10 years!

A lot of the times when I find myself disagreeing with Doug Wilson, I later find out that I actually did not disagree with him. lol
In the wake of the Tucker interview, I have gotten some good questions on "bottom-up reformation" versus a "judicious use of power." I will be addressing that one, and a number of others, on Monday. In the meantime, think more both/and than either/or. That should tide you over.
