Hi Lisa! Theory about ADHD and cannabis users aside.. most people don’t have any trouble falling asleep with the decaf blends BUT if you are particularly sensitive to caffeine we can blend our formulations into sugar and sugar free options. Bakers Jane comes in sugar by default.
