I’m not sure this is right. Gym bro’s that use PED’s: yes. But Arthur Jones argued against endurance sports and in favor of intense weight lifting. And he rightfully predicted all the damage caused by endurance exercise. Think of all the knee and hip replacements! He was right

could not agree more. It’s 2023. even if you don’t support cameras in the courtroom (I do), it’s hard to justify the “need” to wait until October to release the audio.
Sotomayor and Thomas both spoke from the bench about affirmative action. The country can’t hear their words for months — there’s no good reason for that.

Over 25 years ago Mr. Canfield wrote a great piece on my Eagle Scout project: a sign adorning the Simsbury High School football field detailing the various championship seasons. He appreciated the history of high school sports. He will he missed.

Judicial independence is the cornerstone of a free republic. The constitution provides for lifetime appointments and no reduction of judicial salaries by the elected branches to advance this principle. Calling the Supreme Court “pretty illegitimate” is concerning. 1/2
