@smurfpappa123 @lxrjl @theJDMars lol I had a doctor write a prescription for medicine I was supposed to take four of a day and then when I called back in for a refill he forgot and demanded to see the bottle cause he didn’t believe he prescribed it 4x a day. 💀sometimes idk how these ppl get their jobs.

@michelleleeann @tuestbellee I used to drink lots of liquids and not eat after 7 or before 7. Telling yourself you can have small amounts of treats is good too as long as small means small and not every day lol. I used to like eating healthy during the week and on Sat or Sunday id have pizza. 💗.
