@HarmonyHaven_1 I'm a heart patient and I follow the Mediterranean diet which is basically the diet recommended as kids of 60s and 70s also I was told never to eat diet foods such as low fat, etc etc because if you look on label of so said healthy you'll be surprised it's actually worst then.
