So, I hit the weights last night, but not near a full-on effort. I wasn't feeling it with the kids in the room and the wife hogging the dumbells.
Somehow, without really trying, I managed a decent session. Today, I can feel it, which is surprising.
Moral of the story, it's OK

Scrolling through my Facebook memories and found this attached to a post from my wife back on 24 August, 2010.
Closure is difficult to find, especially when it involves brothers lost in combat. Those sudden and often violent ends are traumatic and last a lifetime.

It's entirely possible someone in the world has no idea who the Viet Cong or Mujahideen were.
