@FiedlerAmy I would have to say none of the above....as most of our transplants finish late at night, its best just to hydrate and get some rest. maybe a protein bar or peanut butter and some fruit.

@shimulshah73 We use Op note templates in epic, that pull details from a smart form. with heavy edits by the author to describe specifics of the case. done before leaving the OR. Works really well and is generally efficient and provides quality documentation.

Either from my desk at work or couch at home. Whether in person or via distancing, as long as the clothing isn't distracting from the purpose at hand.
