GUYS. Yesterday I weighed myself and I was 147.2 lbs, I also ate like 1700 calories, not even healthy ones, i went to a restaurant and ate a bunch of carbs. Then this morning I weighed myself, mind u i did not poop, and I was 144.8 lbs. ... INTERMITTENT FASTING WORKS.
