Literally binged twice this weekend and maintained, 2.5k cals on Saturday and 1.8k cals yesterday wtf shit got wild I ate 5 fibre one brownies and for what 💀💀. My left hip is so inflamed from walking it hurts so baddd but im too scared to take a rest day and eat:((
PSA if you’re on your period you’re not gaining you’re just on your PERIOD!!. I literally went up to 155lbs and today’s the last day of my period and I’m down to 151 yay. I’m not bloated anymore, gonna liquid fast today because no way in hell I’m about to put food in my body rn😭

Yes! Last month I didn’t do anything but walk around 20-30k steps and restricting,liquid fasting too. I went from 163 at the beginning of April to 149 at the end
About to buy some lax after my doctor said if I kept purging my heart will start giving out in less than 3 months 🤗🤗. Atleast i lasted 15 days Lmaoo it’s usually 3
I’m over one month purge free (vomiting), who’s proud of me? Also haven’t binged in 10 days😸. Seeing the doctors and realizing how much damage I was doing to my body helps. I haven’t seen my family in 3 years and I’m trying to stay alive so I can see them again soon:)).
