@DiscoverWhatLie @karenmitchell__ In my case, by the time he started the belittling and abuse, he had slowly and sneakily cut me off from all friends and family. So I felt I had nowhere to go. and any time we did go to see any of my family "he's so sweet/nice/funny" so it made me feel like I was the crazy one.
