Ok it’s a bit complicated. Celsius has roughly 2.5 billion of crypto being returned to creditors starting Jan 31 (maybe a bit later), using PayPal as the distribution agent domestically, and Coinbase for international creditors. There are 550,000+ creditors in the Celsius case.
