IONIC DIGITAL SHAREHOLDERS! Attached we have the Shareholder form to call the Special Meeting of Ionic Digital Shareholders. This is essentially an affidavit saying you are a shareholder of this company and want to pledge your shares towards calling the meeting. You are well within your rights as a shareholder to do so if/when you feel a company isn’t fulfilling its obligations to you as a shareholder, as is the case here!!! This form should only take a couple minutes to complete.

This is going to be a completely separate process (annoying, i know) since the original thing was for a special meeting and this is an annual meeting. The company bylaws require different things for them. We will be sending out our proxy card soon to those who have indicated interest (as will Ionic), and then when we get the shareholder list, our solicitor will send out the proxy to the remainder of shareholders. It's a bit of a shit situation but this board has completely entrenched themselves and they seem to be willing to spend whatever cost necessary to save their jobs. It is what it is, we will make it work🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

The real question is how long they can successfully drag this out for us, which is what they have been doing. Specifically they are aiming for a march 11/13 court date, at which point we would have 4-6 days to solicit and get votes in for our nominees Certainly not fair by anyone’s definition of the term

REITs do it all the time and you never hear of any of them getting in trouble for it. All they have to do is call a meeting and then don’t bring any attention to it so the smallest amount of people show up. It’s difficult to prove in court they did it w malice vs incompetence. Plus the cost of that litigation is probably mid 7 figures

There should be although we expect them to pick a location that would be difficult for most people to attend. If we don’t get 33% of shares in attendance (either in person or via proxy vote), then they can postpone the meeting to a later date. And they can do this pretty much over and over and over again….effectively escaping any kind of accountability from shareholders.

I sell weekly calls at the 0.25 delta range. During downturns/chop like now; they lose majority of their value by Thursday, so I close for like 90% gain and then open new cc at the 0.25 delta mark for next day If the price appreciates above ur strike, then u can just repurchase the following Monday premarket or on a dip 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
