@kerbypaul5 @SmokeyTimRobbo @crewealexfc I don't think it's a clear goalscoring opportunity because he initially moves away from where the ball is going before JKL goes temporarily insane. However, it's not clear, so I think you're right, and it won't be overturned.

His initial movement before the pulling started was away from where the ball was going. The defender who cleared it may have got to the ball before the striker regardless of the foul.

@MarkLew69767637 It's why I'm reticent to blame the ref, because I think we would have lost anyway. The red card was ridiculous. However, the pen was correct, and would we have come back from 1 down? Probably not.
