4 years ago I trained to dunk a basketball (got a small ball, tried to dunk too often, started getting hurt, gave up on a full size ball, I was 30 at the time). Recently someone asked about dunking and I made up this "how to."

Love this from Triphasic 2… “We are all dealing with human beings, and human physiology never “sleeps” until it rests in the ground. It is either changing for the better or for the worse.” Context being proper training, rest, and nutrition. There is no wasted time.
