@MB1_Bergen They demonstrate extremely proficient movement patterns not only with heavy loads but also at fast speeds. They try to take what is learned in their S&C program and translate it to sports and demonstrate high character through relentless effort and consistency. #ironspeedchat

@MB1_Bergen Where a student falls on our KPI standards dictates what training program they fall in. (Block 1/2/3) All 10-12th S&C students use VBT to guide autoregulation and teach intent. 11-12th graders should be like assistant coaches in the room. #ironspeedchat

@Lightss0utt @WGF1 @tony_villani Basically set up a bunch of cones in rows/columns like a grid. Everyone gets a âhome baseâ cone and you work on whatever COD you can imagine with as many kids as your space can fit all at the same time.
