Small school coaches (or coaches who have more than 1/2 their players play both ways). Do you have any strategies to keep your players fresh for the 4th quarter?. Few things we’ve tried is subbing WRs & DL on the 3rd drive & taking a defensive timeout in first quarter. Thoughts?.

I have an athlete who has not been able to run for over a month due to a glute injury. Took what I learned at @RPR_system level 2 clinic & did a full reset on him last night. Everything tested strong when he left yesterday. today he ran a fly 10 w/in .01 of his PR. Amazing!💨💪.
