I had a guy come in and ask how much his antibiotic script would be without insurance. When I told him, he wrote that down on a piece of cardboard, then stepped outside. He came back with exact change. Even if you're someone's doctor, you don't always know what drugs they need.

The Polish side of my family has dark brown to black hair and brown eyes, might be related to my grandmother's family name sounding more Italian than Polish. I don't know why they left Poland around 1900, but jfc, I'm glad they did. My grandparents are/were very left-wing.

I wouldn't go so far as to say make it impractical, but teaching even 1 child is a full time job, at least until high school. If parents aren't writing up lesson plans with exams and following a legit curriculum, they shouldn't be homeschooling.

It's truly bizarre how much easier it is to find meth than it is to find Adderall. Pharmacies are overwhelmed with phone calls and all we can tell patients is we'll keep trying to order it. I don't recommend they ask around on the street, but they'd get it faster and cheaper.
