@ChibiReviews Bleach is an incredible adaptation of source material but the amount of sheer love and attention to details put in Chainsaw man makes is anime of the year for me, not just the season. So CSM. and no Makima didn't make me say that.

the writing was entirely done by Fujimoto and the art . the assistants only helped in art, little guidance and providing some feedback. Fujimoto is the OG. He wrote Fire Punch, CSM P1, Look Back & Goodbye Eri . all of them are peak in their own regard.

@captain_Nelson @M125G @nightwaynes debatable. to me X-men 97 S1 surpassed even BTAS. It covered a wide range of topics and maintained its quality throughout. But DC still has many gems in animation like DC showcase "Death" sandman animated short which was peak quality wise.

Many hollywood elites once said Superheros won't work because they are superficial & unrealistic — Marvel proved them wrong by creating a cinematic universe with relatable characters & struggles even though they were superheros . Arcane just did that with League of Legends charas.

Butcher is a dick that's why people often show him the mirror when he accuses Homelander for being a dick — it has been heavily emphasized in the first three episodes of Season 4 as well.

happy to see the league world ( runeterra ) more animated adaptations and possible lore changes following Arcane. They are really creating a universe of interconnected series & characters on the same lines as MCU. it'll work as long as quality of animation & storytelling remains.

i'm glad there is no CSM Reze movie teaser or trailer in #AX2024, we are not in a rush. let MAPPA take as much time they want to properly develop & animate it. if the first animated trailer doesn't stand out & seems rushed then it will create negativity.

i agree with IGN review on Shibuya arc after reading the entire article. the animation was inconsistent and the arc basically fights. didn't feel much for nobara but nanami's was somewhat good. Shibuya was definitely more spectacle than storytelling. Emotional depth is lacking.

I will say something really controversial but i think Arcane accomplished what RWBY and Avatar: Legend of Korra set out to achieve but never quite did. Arcane is full realisation of that missed potential that the two aforementioned series failed to capitalise upon.

I have forgotten about Big Hero 6 few months after i watched it . but Tale of Princess Kaguya is still fresh on my mind. I cannot forget that absolute masterpiece and the fact that it's fully hand-drawn.

i think 2 solid reasons for that . 1 ) many people who are busy in their daily lives don't know S2 E01 already came out. 2 ) many who are interested to begin S2 are rewatching S1 ( I am as well ) because I forgot many side plot elements and charas. viewership will increase.

after P1, CSM world changed . > no main trio, denji is more alone than he was in P1 .> public safety are villains now .> Nostradamus prophecy has everyone on edge .> two new horsewomen + a lot of scheming going on .> P2 builds up Asa while delving deeper into Denji as a charactr.
Chainsaw Man Part 2 is in my opinion an inferior version of Part 1. The personal and emotional attachment from previous section is completly absent. Due to lack of core cast the readers struggle to connect. It feels like getting the same recycled story with even less substance.
