My First Million is one of my favorite business pods. Last week @ShaanVP talked about how it’s been recruiting for his e-commerce business. He says, “why the f**k wasn’t I using recruiters before?” A lot of times my clients don’t see the value until they’ve worked with us. Then they stay with us. Save time. Vetted candidates. Negotiation. We get them access to people they probably wouldn’t be able to connect with. It’s been super cool to partner with Shaan as he’s one of the smartest entrepreneurs I’ve worked with.

eCom CEOs overcomplicate hiring with: - Undefined outcomes - Unnecessary steps - Vague questions If you're one of them... Simplify by: - Defining success. - Testing for results. - Prioritizing your goals. Good luck.

Your hiring process is broken. You're chasing perfection, but the perfect candidate doesn’t exist. Don't chase someone who checks each box. Hire someone who gets results. Progress beats perfection.

Each hire is either a multiplier or a divider. A good hire drives growth. A bad hire frustrates your customers. Never hire to fill a seat. Hire to solve problems.

The biggest mistake eCommerce CEOs make is holding onto bad hires. → Set 90-day KPIs. → Review progress at day 30. If they’re not delivering by day 60, let them go. Delayed decisions stall growth.

@Ferastotle Retention thrives on momentum. Get first-time buyers to purchase again quickly, and they’ll keep coming back.
