What a bunch of crap. I have a college degree but didn’t expect to own a house right after graduation. I paid my dues, got a job with my degree, got promoted and saved money. No one “deserves” a house because they have a degree.

The abortion issue was returned to the states (it should have never been federal). Even Ruth Bader Ginsburg agreed with this. We still have rights.

Most counties have mental health crisis centers with people staffed 24/7. All calls don’t need the support but some may. The worker maybe familiar with the subject and able to deescalate the situation. If weapons are involved, absolutely not though.

The Supreme Court did when they overturned Roe. They found that “the issue of abortion finds no support in the text of the Fourteenth Amendment.” So the issue was correctly returned to the states.

It relates to the division of power between federal and state government and whether it is appropriate for the federal government to act in this manner. It should have remained at the state level in 1973, which is why it was overturned.
