At 64 I lost 70Ibs in 6 months, my wife at the time had to use a cane to walk and now runs, she went from a size 18 to a size 6 and we both feel like we are 30 yrs old. The kicker, it required no exercise and we ate as much as we could.

My wife for two yrs walked with a cane @ 64, medical did not help. After two week’s carnivore cane gone, 3 weeks walking stairs and no pain. 8 months in jogging the hills and me lost 70lbs, muscle gain is crazy for both of us.

You are so right, after trying so many plant based diets over the years and never being able to sustain them along with the grinding exercise routine the mindset was doubtful this diet would be last but how I was so wrong, it’s the easiest dam thing I’ve ever done!

At 64 I lost 60lbs in under 6 months eating strictly carnivore without working out. April 13 will be a year, I pump out 40 pushups without stopping and my goal is 50. Can’t imagine what results I would have had at 27 eating this way.
Needing advice.
My son is 27, about 30-40 pounds overweight. He thinks he needs to gain muscle mass before trying to lose weight. That the added muscle will speed up his metabolism.

It’s crazy, isn’t it? I’ve never managed to stick to a diet for very long without a spectacular fall from grace. But with carnivore, I don’t even feel like I’m on a diet…
I just eat when I’m hungry, and stop when I’m full. So easy. So intuitive.

Carnivore One year April 13th, during that time I fasted 72hrs 3 times and 86 one time, felt absolutely immortal each time . Plan another 86 to celebrate one year…oh and I’m 65, don’t be a puss!
How many of you incorporate fasting? I'm into hour 40, hoping to hold out till the morning. But if I don't eat something soon, there will be a homicide. I don't struggle with any other discipline. But this is brutal!
