After years of there being scooters on these streets how do these cops not know the laws yet?
This stupid cop De La Cruz tells me he should have given me a ticket for riding a scooter without a helmet. He claimed “by law your supposed to wear a helmet.”
He does NOT know the law.
Section 21235 only requires a helmet if you are UNDER 18.

ICYMI, earlier today two cops in Highland Park cited a guy for allegedly spitting on the street.

discovered there is no law against that in LA.
When I first interviewed William he told me cops don’t know the laws. He keeps being right.
I just got detained and cited for… “spitting on the side walk.” They even blocked traffic for this citation.
Combined, these 2 cops make more than a whopping $508,000. More than half a million dollars spent for a couple neighborhood bullies.
