45 yrs old…and I can honestly say this is the BEST I have ever felt and looked my entire life… FINALLY seeing a pay off AFTER over 30 years of dedicated training -Diet is on point (200 grams of protein and 200 gram of carbs…80% intra and post) -TRT (120mgs/week) -@BowTiedOx programming -train 4 days/week -cardio 3 days a week (20 min incline) -8 hrs of sleep every night -enjoying food (not just eating chicken and rice bro meals) Have a lot of work to do but more motivated now than ever before … Thankfully TRT has given me a new lease of life… AND the best is yet to come 💪💪

Your ratio of testosterone to estradiol is what you should be after. A balance of 4.5% is a good spot to be in. For example my estradiol is around 40 right now but my test levels are at 1000 ng/dl You don’t want the ratio to be low This is another good reason you should be getting your bloodwork done every few months A good clinician or doctor will keep a close eye on this for you

Sunday morning is great for a short burner in the basement 6 rounds NOT for time 20 sec sprint on Echo bike 5 DB Power Snatch 10 Ball Slams 15 Air Squats 30 sec rest Monday to Friday is all bodybuilding/weightlifting Feels good to get the heart rate up and feel explosive and athletic moving weights Found 1-2x week is enough for HIIT style workouts I’ll also do sprints on echo bike mid week

My heart goes out to every man walking around with low-T and every woman with hormonal issues Doing their best to just “get by” Walking around like a zombie on most days going through the motions of life feeling like shit Zero motivation to better him or herself and No desire to lift themselves up and get out of what feels like a never ending funk Fortunately there is a way out and it starts with getting 3 things in order (in no particular order): 1) Fitness 2) Nutrition 3) Bloodwork It’s every adult’s responsibility to get their bloodwork done and get their hormone levels checked It’s every adult’s responsibility to get their diet in order It’s every adult’s responsibility to do some form of exercise or movement on a regular basis Take control of your health and find a local HRT clinic (online or off) that can help you take the first step on your journey to look and feel your best 💪
