@Fair_n_Justice Because recordings can be edited or taken out of context and posted on social media without my consent. Then because it’s about patient care due to confidentiality I cannot comment, leading to reputational damage when I’ve actually done nothing wrong. That’s why I worry.

I don’t mind recording for the reasons you have stated, but everyone doesn’t record for those reasons. A lot is done covertly for malicious reasons and I suspect that’s why the person who tweeted it was suggesting.
