@NikkiS_MCSFS @alitwy HCPās are not necessarily enabled to wear a mask if they donāt have stock to do so.IPC sits firmly with the CNO, as does their ICP policy. But: if asked, I donāt know anyone that wouldnāt go + find a mask if requested to wear one. I do think there is some false narrative around

@NikkiS_MCSFS @alitwy There is such a thing as personal responsibility for health: I think that falls within it? The āpower imbalanceā will not have any hope of being changed if unaddressed.

@NikkiS_MCSFS @alitwy I have not ever, anywhere, seen/heard a nurse refuse to wear a mask if requested. Iām curious to know where this happens but no one is saying. The CNO would be the responsible Board member, would not want NMC referrals. So, which are these hospitals, what does their Board say?

This, this this. Childrenās education and futures disrupted because of others bad behaviours. Which, in the UK, we are too frightened to address. And the majority suffer because no one is allowed to challenge poor behaviour . Utterly ridiculous.
@tomhfh Fascinating to see the so many replies from people only interested in the excluded pupils...absolutely zero thought given to the vast majority of pupils that have their education constantly disrupted, made miserable and even put in danger.

@GirlScout27 @tomhfh Make it a societal responsibility. No one dares tell children theyāre poorly behaved. We reap exactly what we have sown, and that is now becoming second/third generation. In Germany, mothers tell off other children in public if misbehaving. šš»šš»šš»šš»šš» We should do the same.
