Quite similar to govt hospital patients blaming tearing doctors for lack of medicines in the the set up when clearly doctors aren’t the one who have control over stocks of medicine.
Look at the morons in the comments blaming the judge, when marital rape is explicitly exempted from the rape laws. They won't hold legislators responsible to modify laws, but will be first to blame the judiciary.
