Some Students just watch videos at 2x speed and feel they have covered the topic/portion. This is passive learning and has very low retention especially for non MCQ based exams. And then they fail to answer in exams and say but I studied a lot. Literally they make reels showing.

Nitrofurantoin doesn't get concentrated in tissues, but only in urine. It cannot work in alkaline medium. Bacteria which produce urease enzyme convert urea to ammonia and so urine becomes alkaline. Use Nitrofurantoin only for Lower UTI caused by non urease bacteria. (❌️Proteus).

There is NO test in world which can detect HIV inside 10 days of infection. Most of d HIV diagnosis in India is serological means detection of antibodies. HIV has long window period meaning antibodies dont form for almost a month. Person with high viremia cn b antibody negative.
