But there are examples on Twitter every week of PA's in roles previously only done by doctors. Eg the BBC article about Birmingham.
Maybe the name should go back to physician assistant if they are only there to assist.

Lol, there is a difference between reducing transmission risk and preventing it entirely. And obviously the spread of a pathogen in a population would depend on many things. But you knew that already I'm sure.

But presumably you don't work for a monopoly employer. So you can find better paid work. Doctors and nurses can't, so the government has a responsibility to not force large real terms pay cuts on them.

Yes exactly. "Trauma" is an aetiological factor in everything from alcoholism to psychosis to narcissistic personality disorder. It's not a diagnosis.
