Labour’s policies and proposed legislation are delusional. They are pretending to act. The gangs will go on thriving, illegal migrants won’t be deterred and legal migration will remain dangerously high for the foreseeable future. Get your act together quickly, @Keir_Starmer.

Far from "smashing the gangs and stopping the boats", Labour’s proposed legislation will encourage migrants to cross the Channel illegally and make the gangs richer...

The pace of change to our society has been rapid 🤯 The ethnic minority proportion of the population has quintupled in 30 years, it could double again in the next 30 years.

Could it be that we have taken leave of our senses? Because it’s difficult to find another plausible explanation... 🤬

RT @AlpMehm: The size of the illegal population is likely much higher, we estimate 1.5m-2m.

Can there be any good reason for the government not taking the needed action to stop this calamity from happening...? 🤯 No, there isn’t, @Keir_Starmer!

Even more concerning, this increase is based on the optimistic assumption that net migration—the sole determiner of future population growth—falling back to an annual 340,000, from 2029. Without radical policy changes, this is very unlikely...

Young men first make their way here illegally from safe countries and then claim asylum. We put them up in warm comfortable accommodation to await a decision (very likely a "yes"), pay them £40 a week until then, after which they are joined by family. Now why wouldn’t more and more make their way here, by any means...?

We are paying a very heavy price for mass migration now and will continue to do so as a result of its future consequences 🚨

Katie Lam MP is of course spot on 👏 Importing cheaper labour may help care providers to boost their profits but ultimately, their gain is our loss because it makes worse the problem of providing for a burgeoning population... 😡

This entire, just under 5 million increase in the UK population in the next seven years is explained entirely by predicted net inward immigration - something any UK government could significantly reduce, if it wanted to of course. Growth this quick, particularly if incomers don’t intend to integrate or respect the tolerant values of an open society, is unsustainable.

The phenomenal scale of immigration is rapidly changing the very nature of our society, as it chips away at its foundations.
