Some innocent people accept plea bargains to avoid the unknown outcome of a jury trial. An Alford plea is where an accused citizen admits there is enough evidence to convict him/her, but do not admit guilt

Decades ago, I had a trial with an ADA who told the jury that it was his 1st trial during jury selection, which is a cheap trick. Glad the jury sided with you, buddy! Congratulations!

In criminal law, we get body cams, recorded witness interviews and Coban videos. In 1 case, there were 12 different police officers with 2 hour body cam vids. I wish I could go through documents! Watching videos will suck out weeks of time. Or pay a transcriber. $500/hr indeed!
