In case you’re wondering what shape Adam Peterman is in, he ran a (relatively hilly) 68-minute half marathon yesterday on hard packed snow/ice in microspikes, off of only appx. 5-7hrs/wk of running + 7-12hrs/wk of Nordic skiing.
