(Speed + Introspection) is a big Moat. High Speed leads to a lot of iterations, Introspection on each iteration leads to a lot of insights, Insight leads the way to the right product and the right distribution.
What is common between top founders across sectors?
From my vantage point, I see a deep sense of urgency and paranoia.
Getting things done well is tables stake for such founders. They often ask the question "why not yesterday?" They think of speed as a moat.

sir some basic research was expected here. Users can cancel their subs from both inside the app (ss attached in thread) as well as via sending email. Infact, not just that we also send a WA reminder before the payment is debited, which has an option to cancel the sub.
A Bharat-focused app with 10M downloads wants premium subscribers to send an 'email' to cancel auto pay.
Whereas the same app allows mobile number + OTP for sign up.

Taking conscious decisions so that one does not have to watch their back, is may be the most important leadership trait one can learn.
The older I get, the more I realize that not having to watch your back consistently is so relieving and so underestimated (and hence worth a premium)
