The positives today is that I managed to have a good day despite most of the anxiety:
- Found out I can do 4 reps x 4 sets of 225.
- Figured out how to better deadlift so we can finally see improvement in going up in weight.

Yeah I know brother. Had to cut alcohol out for a long time. Be disciplined in cardio (inclined treadmill walks for 30 minutes), and stick to some low cal meal preparation in a deficit. Cut back on a majority of sugars too.
