We've designed our product with 3 principles:
1. Renters never pay above market rent for access.
2. No asymmetry between the returns our renters and real estate investors get.
3. Renters get the flexibility to use their Wallet balance however they'd like. /9

Shutting down the last company was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do — felt like a failure. Mark and I did everything possible to make it work.
By no means expect investors to do this👇🏾 but, to the ones that do, you're a real one.
You know what, in startups:
Times can be fucking hard.
But it is amazing how: “we support you, we back you.”
Goes such a long way. It’s about the people. Period.
