VCs seem to have forgotten that they are in the risk-capital game. We literally have to get back to funding the moonshots. No amount of private banking or private equity fancy excel modeling will take the away the fact that investing in early stage startups carries a massive.

One of our best portco's is consistently closing multi-million dollar deals. Often the sales cycle is 3+ years. If you have the right product/solution, stay the course, and focus on the process, it will happen! I thought it would take 8 years; prob takes 12 to get huge. Great!.

It's funny that there was exactly an 18-month period where interest rates were low enough. To fundraise for as crazy of an idea such as space factories. And we got enough funding that we're going to make the damn thing work now, irrespective of current rates. Funny funny.
